Vertification Specialist

The BIG Picture – The Verification Specialist (VS) is to make outbound calls and emails to verify the information provided by job applicants versus information provided by the respondents. The role requires some research work to be conducted before making each call to ensure that the VS communicate with the right person to ensure the quality of their verification that will be inserted into their reports.

There will be a great deal of follow up’s and time management required. So an organized person who adheres to standard operational procedures is critical for this role.

  • Reporting to Assistant Manager
  • Accountable for your own work output and quality of work
  • Excellent customer service skills (including questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport, matching and closing)
  • To achieve the KPI assigned by the Service Delivery Manager in order for them to measure the quality of performance
  • Genuine passion for speaking to people, answering queries and a clear communicator
  • To ensure phone/email verifications are completed before deadline
  • Customer queries are answered with the aim of a first time resolution
  • To ensure that queries are responded to within our agreed response time
  • To ensure the best Customer Experience is given to all customers
  • To achieve weekly and monthly KPI’s whilst maintaining excellent quality
  • To handle verification across different platforms, including Telephony, Email, Social Media.
